SHIPPING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and 7-10 days for custom projects or high volumes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, for which the customer is responsible. If you live in Vancouver, B.C., contact us to save on shipping for pickups! If you live in Golden, B.C. or Calgary, AB, contact us directly to see if there is an option for group shipping to save! $$$

Bitchface is always excited to be involved in different projects and/or make customs for you if we are able.

  • "One offs" are just that, one of a kind.

At Bitchface Apparel, we pride ourselves on offering a variety of high-quality printing and embellishment techniques to bring your designs to life. We utilize a range of methods including Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), Silkscreen printing, and Embroidery. Each technique has its own unique benefits, allowing us to customize each piece to meet your specific needs and ensure the best possible outcome for your project. Below, you’ll find a brief overview of each method we use:

WHAT ARE DTF AND DTG TRANSFERS?

  • Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfers:
    DTF transfers involve printing designs onto a special film, which is then applied to the garment using heat. This method allows for vibrant, detailed prints and is ideal for small batches or custom orders. DTF is known for its versatility and durability, making it perfect for both light and dark fabrics.

  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing:
    DTG printing involves directly printing the design onto the fabric using specialized inkjet technology. This method provides high-quality, full-color prints with a soft feel. DTG is best for intricate designs and is typically used for smaller runs or custom orders on cotton-based fabrics.

WHAT IS HTV AND/OR SILKSCREEN?

  • Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): HTV is a type of material used to create custom designs and graphics for clothing and other textiles. It involves cutting out shapes or letters from a sheet of colored vinyl, which is then heat-pressed onto the fabric. HTV is ideal for creating vibrant and durable designs with a variety of finishes, including matte, glossy, metallic, and glitter. This method is commonly used for simple graphics, lettering, and personalization, making it a popular choice for custom t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items. HTV is particularly effective on cotton, polyester, and cotton-blend fabrics.
  • Silkscreen Printing (Screen Printing): Silkscreen printing is a traditional and highly versatile printing technique that involves pushing ink through a stencil (or screen) onto the fabric to create a design. Each color in the design requires a separate screen, making this method ideal for bold, vibrant, and long-lasting prints. It’s commonly used for larger runs of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other promotional items. Silkscreen printing is known for its durability and ability to produce crisp, vivid colors on a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends. This technique is best suited for designs with few colors and larger, simpler graphics.
